Such a great find! Great staff and location. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was included and had such a nice selection for our family. Rooftop has a cool vibe on Friday nights. The Patrizia beach club across the street is affiliated with the hotel so it makes it very easy to enjoy the shore. The feel of the hotels in heart of FDM, but more relaxed.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. When we checked in, we were given a horrible room on the first floor that faced a wall. We were also next to a family with a baby who would not stop crying. When we asked for a room change, the front desk simply said "the baby will not cry for 24 hours straight" and then proceeded to tell me they could not change our room because they were "booked over the weekend". However, our reservation was from Tuesday through Saturday? I don't understand.
Then, we had a problem with the AC unit not working in our room. They brought maintenance in after 10pm to try and fix it. Luckily it was temporarily over night fix. Overall, we were not pleased with the service of this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

Positive: bed / room / coffee machine / breakfast/ bathroom / landmark / pool and gym / location / staff and service.
Negative: the pool bar food is very limited , and the curtains and shades in room is only 80% when it is sunshine. Please fix the curtain and the issue .
Suitable for couples and families.

Rooms are huge with living area, kitchenette and bedroom, easily accommodating my family of 3. Been to some great hotels in Dubai and this hotel in Italy was of the same high quality. Pool was perfectly clean and large. Splash out on a rooftop dinner
