Hotel Bologna

This hotel was really nice for our stay in Pisa. We loved the charming room and the location. And the breakfast!!! Oh my goodness, the complimentary breakfast was the star of the show. Lots of delicious options. I only gave it 4 stars because our room was a little noisy and 3/4 showers were lukewarm/cold even when it was on the hottest setting. The room was noisy due internal noise so I think if you have quiet neighbors it would be totally fine. We had a constantly screaming family next to us so it was a bit disruptive. Overall, we liked our experience at this hotel!

Room smells like mildew and damp. They didn’t change the room. My child had asthma and we had bad experiences. Also Mosquitos were everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend to others.

A wonderful find,just booked on Hitels.com A warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and comfortable room. Plenty of towels, toiletries and slippers. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Wonderful choice at breakfast and the hotel’s own shuttle bus to the airport to suit us was a real treat I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I get the chance Also staff recommended a fantastic family restaurant 10 minutes walk. Will be back there soon too

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Large quadruple room (111) with wide double bed for adults and separate beds for children. Two bathrooms as well, so no fighting! Excellent continental breakfast included in room rate and very helpful staff who made a great nearby restaurant recommendation for anniversary dinner. Hotel also provided a complimentary taxi to the airport, though we tipped the driver. The only negative (and to be honest it didn't really bother us) was the sound of the very occasional bus or lorry on the narrow street below, though this was probably more to do with us being at the front of the building and on the first floor. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate in staying there again. If you have time, get the short 20 minute train ride to Viareggio. A lovely town with a HUGE beach! Florence is less than an hour away by train too.

Very friendly staff, shuttle service available to/from the airport and fabulous breakfast. Lots of help first time abroad with our small baby. Would definitely recommend.
