Hotel I Due Cigni

Hotel Due Cigni goes beyond our expectations. It's the cleanest hotel we have been to even in comparison to any five star hotels. Check in was a breeze with great recommendations to places to visit, restaurant for dinner and a winery in Montelpuciano. A wonderful family run hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

This family owned hotel is a diamond find. The hospitality and guest services are exceptional and genuine. Niccolò, Simonetta and Matteo are friendly, kind and always ready to help you in your exploration of Montepulciano, restaurants and many other sites nearby. The room was spotless, comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite satisfying. We hope to return to this wonderful little hotel.

Excellent hotel. Inexpensive, spotlessly clean family owned small hotel. Wonderful breakfast with freshly made cakes. Fabulous hosts. It’s located in a very small town with limited restaurants/shops nearby, but there are a couple of restaurants walking distance and Montepulciano is only a short drive. Swimming pool is great, but about a 5 minute drive away.

It's a family-run hotel. They provided excellent hospitality and made us feel like home. You will not find another hotel that cares about the customers this much. Grazie mille, Nicolo, Matteo and family. <3

This hotel is clean, tidy & well run..the family are very kind & helpful nothing was a bother. We didn't realise that this hotel is not in the centre of Montepulciano, so not having a car was a problem..however Mattao organised the bus timetable for us & his partner drove us to the local swimming pool..

What an incredible gem this place is. Easy parking, above & beyond family run Excellent service. Incredibly clean, spacious rooms. Just an hour or so & less from other great areas to visit which the hotel will help you with. Great breakfast too!

Wonderful family owned modern hotel, with elevator, spotlessly clean. Well-situated to explore the beautiful region. Proprietor, Matteo gave excellent suggestions about where to go, what to see and even where to eat although the hotel offers three course meals at a reasonable price. Wish all hotels were this welcoming.

Very cute family run B&B. The accommodations are perfect, rooms are very clean and the breakfast hits the spot. Parking on premises. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider again upon future visit. Thank you for a very warm welcome!

I believe it's a family owned hotel business. Excellent hospitality. Room is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a great restaurant (Tre Stelle) where locals go.

I stayed at this wonderful family run hotel with my Mother and husband (all 3 of us loved this place). The room was very clean and spacious. Top notch service and hospitality. Breakfast was included and very, very, good (including the cappuccino, coffee and hot chocolate)! The location was a great jump off point for other towns in the area. Also, there are restaurants near by that were great as well for a reasonable price. I've stayed at 10 hotels during this European vacation and this place is by far the best - price, qualify and service. Niccolo was hilarious (you'll know what I mean when you stay there). I usually do not write reviews, but this place warranted it. Loved Tuscany and Hotel I Due Cigni!
