Beautiful property with great views. Our stay here was very relaxing, nice dining and accommodating for our two kids, and good service.

Positives: The cleaning, some very skilled staff members (very few) and nice views combined with a nice room. Some staff members that did an excellent job was one of the bartenders, the guy carrying the luggage , reception service and the cleaning team. Negatives: Hotel overall and restaurant not reaching the marketed 5 star level and the cousine was very uneven. The breakfast is not at the standard it should be. Service level , Some staff members definately don't know what service is required on this level (a few was really good though), waiters was quite ignorant (did not say hello and you felt ignored sometimes) and also mixed up orders and extremely long waiting times. As marketing it as a wineyard It could be smart to make some study visits to the other wineyards in the area to refine the concepts. Another minus is way to many kids everywhere running around screaming loud , knocking on peoples doors in corridors, pool party. All in all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for relaxing or couples if they don't change to policy with kids and rules around the hotel as it was a rather stressful visit and we preferred all time we where outside the hotel more driving around the territory.
