The hotel has an awesome rooftop restaurant and view of the surrounding area with an unobstructed view of Mount Etna. The staff and service was impeccable, they took care of our needs like family. On arrival we were offered water and because of our missing luggage by Air Canada, I was offered a few essentials for grooming. Special mention to Lucia and Daniella for making our stay at this property all the more special. Thank you Hotel Continental.
