There were many rigid rules like the central hotel bar was closed 24/7. During a Thursday night arrangment for guests all bar&restaurants were closed between 1800-2100 making it impossible to have a beer, soda or snacks. For the arrangment we had to buy tickets used to get food&drinks, cumbersome.The quality of food &wine was way below average quality. The "beach" consist of rocks and was almost impossible to use. Also there was a pool in the beach area. This was, not understandable to us, reserved for kids only. Here a team of employed youths engaged Italian kids, which is good. However they played very loud music which was very disturbing for the adults residing in the same area. There was a relatively long walk between the hotel pool (old and weared) and the beach area, so a swim after sun-bathing in the beach required a long walk. Many of the employees appeared arrogant and not interested in customer needs.
