Hotel Du Lac

The staff/owner is not very welcoming. We had two reservations and one explicitly for a family room with two adults and child. He insisted on billing for an additional guest - until we showed the reservation made which proved we had booked and paid for three. Leading to the next point- this was a ‚book now, pay later‘ reservation but the hotel pulled the full amount without any communication or approval several weeks later. Lastly, one room had low and slanted ceilings- in bedroom and bathroom which lex. To multiple head collisions with the ceiling. The hotel also attempted to double charge the garage.
