Best Western Air Hotel Linate

The staff at the hotel restaurant was super pretentious and rude to us. I was incredibly disappointed at how they gossiped and acted like we wasted their time. It was a middle aged man and a blonde woman. Too old to act like petty children. The man came up to us, we asked for a drink menu and his response was “you aren’t going to order food?” I said “yeah we are going to but we wanted to see the drinks first.” He walked away annoyed. Then my husband asked what draft beer they had and instead of answering he just said “medium.” It was after a long day of travel and definitely unpleasant and not what I expect from a company so big as Best Western. It was the first unfriendly interaction we had in our entire Europe trip. Left a bad taste for Milan in our mouths. It’s unfortunate because we are so easy to please and friendly. Really don’t recommend. There was also no water in the room as promised. The front desk was nice.
