We had a wonderful stay with our family. Very spacious family rooms with comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. Staff was very helpful and attentive. A couple minutes walk to local shopping and the metro. The cities main sites are within walking distance or a short train ride.

Our stay started a bit chaotic as there was an electric problem in our room so all lights came on several times during the night and woke us up every time. Very nice receptionist moved us to another room at 2 am so we could sleep uninterrupted. Next morning the hotel manager Mr Carmine apologized for the horrible night we had and promised to upgrade us to a junior suite with no cost. Fitness and spa really good. Great breakfast and a fantastic garden and terrassse to eat breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and no noise from the street despite the fasct that the hotel is very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. We really loved this hotel and will be back for sure. Great service! :)

Great design, clean and tidy, high quality service and excellent location. Interior design is very thoughtful and stylish, quite calming and everything worked well in the room. Hotel is new so everything is in good condition and kept well. Service quality is high and staff is really helpful. They also have a Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Location is marvelous and very close to Corso Garibaldi which is nice lively shopping street, Brera, Chinatown and good quality restaurants, bars and cafes. Porto Garibaldi station is also very near so there is easy access to Malpensa airport. Location felt really safe. Tram noise can be bothering for noise sensitive guests but didn’t disturb our family at all. There is quite limited room for overcoats and other clothes one might want to hang on a hanger. Overall nice hotel and just about in line with the room price of around 280€/night

The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.

This a very nice hotel in excellent location. Very modern and clean. Reception is so friendly and helpful. Next door parking is a plus and you can access from the hotel. Beds are comfortable. My family and I enjoyed it so much.

My friends and I stayed at the hotel for a week celebrating a birthday. From 8/7-8/13. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and consisted of a variety of different options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an atmosphere where the staff makes you feel like family.

Beautiful modern hotel in a great area. We had a family room which was a spacious two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We were created with little cups of ice cream at check in. Would return!

Hotel is pretty new and clean. We had a connected 2 rooms as we were traveling with 3 kids. It was quite convenient for us. Location is very good. Service is ok but not any highlight to mention. Breakfast place is nice with both indoor and outdoor space. The buffet choice is quite basic though. They have underground parking with additional charge. Overall it is a good hotel.

The room that I booked online was for 3 queen beds OR 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The room that I received had 2 queen beds and only 1 twin bed, so short a twin bed. When I asked the gentleman in the hotel lobby, he told me that a room with 3 queen beds did not exist and that my room was sufficient for 5 people. Yes, my room was sufficient for 5 people, however, that was not what I paid for. I know that the 2 queen and 2 twin bed room does exist because my girlfriend's family booked the same room as I did and they were given the correct room. The room that I was given was fine for my party of 5, but it was just a little disappointing not getting what I paid for. I contacted hotels.com about the issue who in turn contacted the hotel and the hotel said that they gave me "an extra room" to make up for the missing bed. That was not the case. I received a master room and then 2 connecting rooms--a total of 3 rooms, which is what
