the room size was very small. The top floor has a 90 degree wall/ceiling where you cannot even walkaround the Bed. Its like an attic in a house where you put your children. The towel heater don't work, the heating system don't work, we were freezing up there, the hair dryer was broker, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, they need to update the rooms. No view, since the 90 degree wall/ceiling they put in skylights, we were looking at the A in UNA . do disappointing since we stayed in other UNAS in italy. We also paid over $300 per night and it was 3 nights of disappointment.

Hotel was very clean. Short walk to main tourist sites. Staff gave us an upgrade to larger room so we would have more space for our toddler and crib. No issues with outside noise. Complementary bottle of wine and water. Bathroom large and clean. Shower temp difficult to control. Onsite parking was good, but 35 euro a night.

Service is top notch from the moment we were welcomed upon arrival until our departure. Our kids have been upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast is wonderful and should you want to have a drink at the bar, search for Miss Lorena, she's the best! I highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate this property highly. We stayed here about week ago where I had rented two rooms for one night. It was a very hot day in Milan, the evening temperatures were roughly 87-89 Fahrenheit. The AC unit in our room was not working, however, after the first call to the front desk they said it would be working within 15 minutes and the temp would begin lowering (it was roughly 76 degrees). The agent at the front desk came up and basically said there is nothing they can do as the hotel was full. I simply asked if they would include breakfast as a small token of me paying way too much for a room that did not have AC (had I known we wouldn't have AC, I would have never booked the room). The manager who came to our room at 10pm said that he could not offer us breakfast (which every other hotel did offer us and was part of our package). The next morning, I was at a pastry shop down the road when they opened up at 7am as I was wide awake very early due the lack of AC. I brought my family back croissants for breakfast. An hour later at checkout, the morning manager apologized for the AC not working and asked if we enjoyed the breakfast. I explained that the manager from the previous night said he could not offer it to us. Long story, short, there are many fantastic hotels in the area who provide AC as advertised. I understand that issues happen, but the hotel needs to make up for these issues when they do occur, even if they rarely occur.

Do not book this hotel, no one to talk to there, they lie to you about different stuff, the hotel itself is not clean, small elevators, not good for families
