Albani Hotel Roma

The hotel is amazing My room was excellent with big terrace..clean and safe The property is far from the the city center, its like you need to walk 35 min to trevi fountain and 50min to 1 hour walking to colosseum . Staff are professional and helpful The things that i didn't like is the room service ..it was the worst ever .. They made the food like it's for animal not for a human ..kids of 7 years old can made better than that.

Great hotel for families who want to optimize their trip to Rome! It is located right in the heart of Rome close to all of the tourist hot spots. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and there are plenty of dining & shopping options within walking distance.

First of all, the entire front desk staff, except for one person where unfriendly and rude. This was not only our experience, but was echoed by a guest that was complaining about the way their family was treated the moment we checked in. The staff would not even make eye contact or smile when guests walked by the front desk. Also, when asking any questions it seemed that you were bothering the front desk staff. The accomadations are also not what you would expect from a hotel with their rating. When we first checked in they gave us a room that had such a bad smell that we asked to switch rooms. The second room they provided had a queen sized bed and two twin sized beds for our kids, which all were some type of roll out beds that were hard and uncomfortable. In addition, there was a lot of dust on the furniture, especially around the TV area. Overall, I would not recommend booking this hotel and I hope that over time enough bad experiences will bring down their rating, so people don't get trapped at this place.

The hotel was nice, food was good, the beds for the kids were not comfortable, the hotel does not have iron for the customers. The service we received during breakfast was excellent. Jeannie Basilio, Manager of the hotel treated my family like her own family.

The service was very good, the staff is helpful and very friendly. However, the condition of our largest bed ( we were at the family room) was very disappointing. It was a sofa bed, very uncomfortable because it was hard and uneven.

Nice family suite. Breakfast was a bit overpriced specially for children. Coffee machine in the hotel lobby was broken for 2 days :-(

Very clean, nice room. We had a junior suite and it was just the right amount of room.
