The hotel is very centrally located within minutes to the Pantheon and Trevi fountain (halfway in either direction). The hotel was recently updated and very modern and clean. Staff were great and late check-in after flight delays was no problem. Stayed with our two young children.

Pros: The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very central between the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Rooftop bar is a great amenity for a quick drink and snack. Cons: The street noise is ridiculously loud and continuous until about 2am or later. It was a challenge to get good rest. The beds and pillows weren’t very soft. The bathroom was large but had no counter space. Hard for a family of 4 to share the space and have a place for everyone’s things.

Outstanding stay overall. Hotel was centrally located to shopping, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, restaurants and more! Stayed in family suite which was comfy, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was nice perk and front desk staff were very helpful calling taxi for us with convenient pickup literally right outside the hotel. Minor snafu with television not completely turning off in bedroom area but staff were very attentive and came up to room around 9:30-10pm to fix quickly and easily. Would definitely stay here again for future trip to Rome!

Best hotel I Stayed in Europe to be honest. Best location. Best price. Best staff. Very clean Maybe not recommended for couples with kids. Very busy and noisy street.

A lovely, welcoming boutique hotel in the heart of ancient Rome, with an amazing rooftop terrace serving drinks & appetizers. Our partitioned suite was perfect for our family of 4. Situated between the Trevi Fountain & the Pantheon so great for sightseeing too!

I will begin this review with stating that the Guilo and the restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. The views are spectacular! The rest is not so good. I have to be honest with this review as I have relied on many reviews to plan and book my travel and I’m disappointed that the reviews I’ve read of this property did not paint the full picture. The condition of the hotel is POOR! We paid a lot for the daily room rate and chose this hotel because reviews said central to town, pool etc…. The pool is in terrible disrepair, dirty and stained liner you would not imagine to even dip your toe! The pool deck beyond dirty! The Outdoor lounge furniture broken. The balcony in my room had broken loungers and mud all over. Bathrooms moldy and smelly. It was an awful accommodation and shocking to see the many good reviews. During our stay 3 other families complained of the same issues. The walk to town was far. 15-20 minute walk. Going down not the issue coming up was terrible. Taxis would cost €30-40 bc it’s a one way road. Only convenient to a few shops but not the central town.

Fantastic location in Rome near the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Easy check-in and check-out by friendly staff. Room was clean and provided enough space for our family of 4.
