Great place it was out of the city, away from crime so very safe for my family

A very nice hotel with everything you can ask for for a family vacation. Nice restaurant (good breakfast), good bar. The pool is very nice (but unfortunately only open 09-19 which makes it difficult to combine with a trip to center Rome). The hotel is on the "outskirts" of Rome. 1.5 Km walk to nearest Metro + 20 min Metro ride. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood, though. Really enjoyed the spa as well.

A bit out of walkable distance for our family of 4 (kids are teens) to main attractions but our connecting room was cleaned daily, had AC and gave us space and a great shower. Pool was nice to relax by between the city and going to dinner in the late afternoon, and breakfast offered a variety of “standards” to choose from - both hot and cold items. Not where I would choose for more of a stay and relax, more upscale resort vacation but a great place to return to after a day of touring and exploring.

the hotel facilities and area was not clean. the swimming pool was not clean. the service is extremely slow. i will not recommend this place to my family and friends

NOT a family friendly hotel (it shows as that on Expedia), SPA/Pool aren’t open to under 16yo, which is NOT mentioned prior to booking.When we found out the hotel said we could use outdoor pool- which was closed. This is a business hotel and it was full of confernece attendees.

Stayed 14 nights in july 2022, family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Great and very helpful staff. Quiet room. All amenities working and functioning properly, allbeit overall impression of a hotel that could do with a make-over. Pool was awesome, but surprisingly deep, even in the shallow end. Cleaning of room could be better, and in our room the chamber maids use a kind of "home-scent" spray that rips through the nose like paint thinner. Breakfast was fine, allthough almost allways the same. Italy is not known for its breakfast, neither will this hotel be. We had a great stay.

The hotel is too far from the attractions. The draw was the pool but that shuts down at 7 pm and kids 16 and under must swim outside while over 16 can swim inside - thereby begging the question how can I stay with my kids if I want to swim inside since it is 100 degrees out? The bar/restaurant doesn’t serve food until 7 pm so good luck if you are hungry earlier than that (like for lunch) and since there is only one restaurant within walking distance (also opens at 7 pm)…There was a taxi strike and an Uber shut down while we were there and with the hotel being so far away, it was just really not an ideal hotel to stay in. Our room’s carpet had stains and the sink and shower did not drain well (showering in 6 inches of water). Housekeeping did not provide enough things (soap and towels) and we constantly had to call for stuff (esp since they did not come make up our room). Would not stay here again.

The non smoking bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed was lumpy and when I went to speak to the reception they just blandly said there was nothing they could do. And rushingly attended to another person. The hotel doesn’t look well kept I call bullish on the cleanliness. They aren’t up to standards. The staff is useless rushing thru guests to get them situated however unable to deviate from their robot personalities to actually be a companionate human. Definitely not a family hotel

The bathtub in my room was not working and the bathroom smelled bad since we arrived. It took them very long to check it and by the time they realized they needed to move us to a new room, my baby was already asleep so I could not shower that night.

Great for our pre-flight overnight. Great family suites. Great Pool. Neighborhood Restaurant nearby. Close to centro.
