This was a frustrating stay…the cost was nearly $200/night so we expected a quite nice hotel. This was not it. The elevator was broken causing us to haul luggage up three flights of stairs. The room wasn’t not at all luxurious…in fact, it was quite basic…not worth $200/night!! We were in a family suite yet were only provided two sets of towels. It simply is not a $200/night hotel!
