We found the hotel facilities to be excellent, with pleasant rooms, swimming pool and a very good restaurant. However, we found the service to be lacking. Most hotel staff were helpful and polite, but some made us feel quite unwelcome. Also the hotel seemed more interested in finding problems than solutions when we approached them for help, after our flight home had been moved to the evening and we needed somewhere for our baby to nap for an hour that afternoon. It's unfortunate because it's an excellent hotel in many respects, but next time I think we will go back to the Savoia.

We got a very nice stay in this hotel. Staff was very kind with our kids. Room and accommodation was clean. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are really perfect to relax after a day of visit. During our stay, there were a weeding reception organized, but no disturbances at all for us. I would definitely rebook this hotel for another stay nearby Bologna.

Perfect 3 day break close to Bologna with easy bus ride into the centre. It's a conference centre so it lacks the character and charm of a family run or holiday focused hotel except that the pool area is lovely for everyone. It's lush green lots of comfortable sun beds, delightful staff. Recommend it highly for a short stay.

Made most welcome by the staff. Excellent breakfast for family, included lots for everyone (inc,using teenagers). Small but well equipped gym. Although we were out of season, the pool area was still available for use.
