Hotel Aequa

What a superb hotel. The staff Dominic and James and Augusta were all outstanding. Dominic in particular made considerable effort in terms of helping us with our Italian, giving us some amazing recommendations of local eating places plus some ideas for visiting places around the local area with his great inside knowledge. The hotel pool is fantastic the surrounding areas are beautiful the gardens, the balcony area overlooking the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius in the background is outstanding. All of the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, were hugely attentive and delivered fantastic customer service . We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was a very regal lady who explained the hotel had been passed down the generations throughout her family. She talked always of her home being opened to the public and people coming to stay at her home, we felt very much at home in this beautiful place. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the railway station and bus station links, easy access to Vico Equense Centre. A couple of minutes walk as you to the beaches, to the town, to some fantastic restaurants and a beautiful square with a Fountain and alfresco dining. The hotel was great value for money with a wide selection of local and typical breakfast items. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated with some stunning artwork and beautiful local tile work pictures.With easy access, parking and simple travel connections we would definitely recommend it

We loved our stay at this spacious hotel. The pool was wonderful. The area has many restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and accommodated our family of 5 very nicely. Beautiful decor and the breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Would enjoy staying here again.
