Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple)
The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town

Nice resort near center of Sorrento, perfect for families or groups of people. Outstanding views, large rooms, great pool. The morning breakfast buffet was of good quality and plentiful. Grounds are clean and well kept. Front desk and bell staff friendly and helpful. The Asian restaurant (if you need an alternative to all the great Italian meals in town) is excellent both in food quality and service. A few minor annoyances at the hotel such as being strict with pool towel cards to get a towel at the pool, but overall was a very nice option.

It was over-all a v good experience apart from the cost of drinks and food there.
Hungry teenager so made the mistake of paying 16 euros for a small piece of chicken, total rip off but didnt make the same mistake twice.
Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was v good with a wide choice of fresh fruit and foods.
Paid for a superior triple room with a sea view, theres me thinking there were 3 rooms (doh) all it meant was its a smallish room with a kingsize and a small single bed tuvked into the corner.
Didnt find anything "superior" at all especially as the room was small with a shower over bath (which i dont like) and was told it came with a mini bar but really an empty fridge.
Asked for an updrade if possible which was discussed betwen themselves, eventually said sorry fully booked but you can tell it was because we were there only 3 nights and they'd rather give to a longer staying family which i can understand as a business.
Found an amazing pizzeria next to a hotel "Conka" i think down the road which one of the best pizzas ever tasted, 100 times better than the "touristy" pizzas in one of many restaurants in town, ive lived in italy so know!

Loved the location and view of Vesuvius from the front of the hotel. Note that if you don’t book a sea view, your room will face the rock wall behind the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent but the menu’s for the other on site restaurants were pretty limited on not very kid-friendly. We were there in April and the outdoor pool restaurant wasn’t open yet so we went off site for meals. The hotel caters to conferences this time of year so there was a real business vibe in the place. This seemed to interfere with the indoor pool schedule though which was extremely disappointing for our kids. Call and check the opening times for the pool for every day you are there if it’s important to you and you’re going during conference seasons. One of the banquet areas is beside the pool so they close it mid day sometimes. The hotel is quite walkable from downtown Sorrento and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is old which showed in the lack of hot water in our room. Overall I didn’t feel the value was there for what you pay to stay but it had its good points.

We had a lovely stay and a spacious room (quadruple) for our family with a beautiful deck to let them run.

Beautiful hotel and lots of amnesties, very convenient for families with kids, and the view was awesome. Our room furniture was dusted , and some staff were not so friendly. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were rather disappointed with the hotel for the following reasons: lacking customer-focus, staff did not seem interested at all (besides one very nice person on the reception). Breakfast was a bare minimum for a hotel of this kind, just basics, no local products. Coffee from a capsule machine :( On the last day we found out you could order some a la carte stuff but nobody offered it nor was it advertised anywhere, we just noticed some other guests do it. the stuff at the breakfast was only pointing you to the table and that's it, their job was done. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool but it seems that they would prefer no one to actually use it. The opening times are from 12pm to 6pm (when I supposed most people are out sightseeing) plus you had to book it in advance so for example only one family use it at a time, for an hour ( why?). when we asked why the opening hours are so limited, the answer from the reception was that it's the management's decision. Otherwise the pool is big but I noticed a lot of little ants running around between the tiles, there is no lifeguard available on-site as well, generally not very relaxing or pleasant. If you're a family and looking for kids friendly hotels, honestly there is nothing specific for kids there besides small playground outside in the garden. No indoor playroom, no kids menu. If the weather is bad, this means no entertainment for the kids. Generally, overpriced hotel and not good value for money. wouldn't stay again.
