INCREDIBLE experience. I am an experience traveler to Italy of 14 years and this Hotel receives top honors. The total experience was amazing. The owners are hands on to every detail. The restaurant and the sky club bar at the top 5th floor was amazing and the drinks themself was an experience you won't forget. Prepared by masters. The stay and owners have become like a family to me and will return each year. Ralph Occhiuto

Anna the person that works at the reception was really nice with our family, always helping and with a great smile, I went with my 1 year old baby and she help us with all our needs. The rest of the staff wasn’t friendly, not even the manager.
