Hotel Graal is in a good location with fabulous views. If you are using it as as a base to explore Amalfi it’s fine - but it wouldn’t have worked for us as a family if we were staying at the hotel longer than a few days, or indeed if we were spending time at the hotel in the days (we left after breakfast and returned to sleep at night). Hotel was a little dated but it was very clean everywhere, and the breakfast offered was lovely. Would say it was more suited to couples than families.

Nice hotel with mainly friendly staff apart from some grumpy waiters at breakfast. They also wouldn't let us use an iron (we were attending a wedding while staying there), rather they said we had to pay for them to iron out clothes which we thought was strange. Hotel decor is dated but good enough really if you're not looking for top luxury. Note the pool is not heated and is FREEZING! Fine for me as an adult but not suitable for children/babies which was a shame.

If you want to stay in the heart of Ravello, you can't find a better place than this. The family that owns the hotel is always there and they genuinely care.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel graal. The hotel is family run and they could not do enough for us. They were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble . The hotel has outstanding views and loved the swimming pool. We defiantly would stay again. We loved ravello. It is a little gem !!
