Grand Hotel Parkers

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel! The staff went out of their way to help me and my family. They accommodated the baby and provided a pack and play bed for her. I highly recommend this Hotel. It is one of the best parts of our vacation and I would be plan on visiting it again. The food on site was wonderful, the rooms were pristine and had a wonderful view of the water. If you like an old feel and a throwback to the days of luxury travel then you will love this hotel! I would rate it Exceptional.

The Grand Hotel Parkers is a beautiful hotel, well located with excellent views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. The public spaces are quite stunning and well appointed. The hotel offers dining options on the 6th Floor with a gorgeous terrace as well as a delightful roof top dining and cocktails experience perched above Naples shopping district with commanding views. The Breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. Dinner menus were inventive and highlighted wonderful Italian specialties. The staff are exceptionally helpful and always accommodating. We could not have asked for better service from everyone at the hotel. However, the hotel has been undergoing an extensive renovation of its rooms for some time now and the available (and un-renovated) rooms are quite tired and in some cases dreary. We had booked a two level junior suite that was so dreary that we asked to change rooms. The staff made a great effort to show us available options and we ultimately elected to downgrade to a king room which was more updated and much better arranged. We do hope that the Grand Hotel Parkers gets through this renovation successfully and would stay there again. NOTE: We have been told that "hotels in Naples are certainly quirky" and we took the opportunity to investigate other possibilities during our stay in Naples. In retrospect, I believe that Hotel Parkers remains one of the better choices that Naples currently offers. While in Naples, don't miss opera at Teatro San Carlo!
