Beautiful family run hotel. The staff were amazing from check in and throughout our stay. The views from the hotel rooms and restaurant were stunning. You are guaranteed sunset / sunrise views whilst looking out to Capri island. The location is a 12min bus journey from sorrento town centre and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Its away from the busy town but close enough to get to each day. Highly recommended this hotel.

This family run hotel was so charming! The views were incredible, the room itself was comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent! Staff were so attentive, responsive, and helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel, all staff was Very friendly and helpful they made us feel welcomed almost like home. they helped us booking a shuttle from ant to the airport, they showed us how to use the public transportation. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone couples or families, excellent views very clean rooms and property. All they way around this was a excellent place for our vacation.

Wonderful place with nice local vibe! Staff was extremely friendly, and it felt like you were staying a family owned hotel. food was gorgeous - strongly recommend to dine at their restaurant. Location was great too & parking on site was a great bonus!

the hotel is beautifully situated at sea side facing cliff of Massa lubrense, hence all the rooms get the sea view. its very clean family run hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. the food is good at the restaurant and its nicely situated between the city square of Massa lubrense , which is 2 minutes drive and Sorrento which is 5 min drive. the bus stop is right opposite if you need public transport. We went as family of 2 adults and a kid and we enjoyed our stay there with very good swimming pool facility(outdoor as well as indoor) Loved every bit of our stay. :)

Hotel is situated on a main road and all rooms face the road, we were unable to relax on the balcony because of the road traffic noise. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is well worth a visit. The roof top pool area was lovely and provides a wonderful view, however we were not aware that the facilities are open to the general public at weekends so what was an adult only chilled pool area soon became a family gathering for locals and their children. The bus ride into Sorrento was about 15 minutes, if we were to visit again we would stay in Sorrento as the buses caused us nothing but trouble from Sorrento back to the hotel!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, and found it a beautiful, clean, non-commercial and relaxing place to stay - it was everything it was advertised to be and we weren't disappointed in any way! The sea views were amazing, and the pool and spa a nice addition. Continental breakfast offered plenty of options and the restaurant offered a great quality experience for reasonable prices - we ended up eating there every night. The only thing worth bearing in mind is that the hotel is located on a fairly busy road - we visited in September so it was cool enough at night to sleep with the windows closed, but I can imagine in the summer months it may present a catch-22 regarding whether you take your chances with a stuffy room or a cool but noisier one! There's a bus stop right outside the hotel with connections to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, but this stop isn't marked on any of the SITA bus timetables so when we arrived we overshot and had to walk 20mins back from Massa Lubrense. It was fine once we knew where it was, but I'd recommend asking the bus driver for the 'fermata Hotel Bellavista' when you first get on! Overall though I'd fully recommend the hotel, particularly to adults and couples rather than families, and would absolutely go back again.
