The property is very nice but unfortunately the staff were rude, disrespectful and even stuck up. They made sure to make my family and I feel unwelcome and as though they were doing us a favor. Hard to believe that we were paying costumers. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

We took a family trip at the beginning of July and had a fantastic experience. The staff are all wonderful, extremely attentive and responsive. The property is gorgeous as well as immaculately maintained and clean. We will visit again no question.

I don’t think this property has been properly vetted by hotels.com (at least recently), and I would not recommend it to English speakers. The website lists all the languages spoken at this hotel, but only 1 or 2 people spoke some English. Multiple miscommunications made us feel like unwelcome, barely tolerated guests. The bill we were given at check out was in Italian, so we were not able to verify what was charged to our room. Only after we checked out of the hotel (in a rush to catch our flight home early morning) did I notice (through google translate) that we were charged for ‘beach chairs’ that we did not use. We were told the pool was free to use, but apparently, we were still charged 70 euros per day. I can only assume this is because we ‘checked out’ the towels by the pool (with our room card). The website says “windsurfing on site”, there is no windsurfing on site. This was the main reasons we booked this hotel, otherwise we would not have hired a private driver to take us to and from this hotel. It is not worth it. This is mainly a wedding/party facility and a public/paid beach club. We were not allowed to go to one of the restaurants on site with other guests, no explanation why. Instead we were seated next to a children’s birthday party, where we had to listen to them yell and have mini meltdowns while the hired entertainers dealt with them. Even their own parents didn’t sit with them. I could go on about all the bad experiences, but there is no more room. :(

Other than the evening restaurant staff, which was friendly, the hotel staff generally seemed cool and indifferent to whether we were there. They had a swimming pool, which our kids were excited about, but it closed by 8pm and didn’t open again until 10am so we only had about 20 minutes when we could use it. In addition, guests are required to wear a swim cap to swim in the pool, which put off my older children, who then chose not to swim. Finally, we booked the family suite so our family could be together and my kids were excited about the bunk beds in the room. When we got there though they did not have the family suite available and instead put us in normal connecting rooms - I understand it would have been less expensive for us to book separate rooms initially and yet we got no break on the price - again somewhat odd and disappointing. In all, the facilities seem nice and the place has potential but we felt this was sort of a bizarre hotel experience for us and believe the staff, particularly the front desk staff, may benefit from additional training. Were we to return to this area, we would try something else next time.
