The view of the entire Golfo di Salerno from this hotel, it makes you believe that heavens exist. From your balcony at an elevation of 2000 ft plus, you get to enjoy an amazing breathtaking panorama of Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Salerno. An amazing place to stay, great people the staff very friendly. Get used to be treated like family. A special thank you to Giuseppe Donnarumma.

This was our first time at the Amalfi Coast and we really loved this hotel! Friendly family staff, and incredible views off the balconies. Leonardo's just down the street had amazing food, and excellent gelato was a few steps down. There's also a couple of bars nearby. It takes over an hour to get to any of the beaches, so that was the one huge drawback... But you get the amazing view from your room. Beds were comfy enough and the rooms were clean. I wish there was some art on the walls, but it was generally nice to hang out in. AC worked great. It's all about the balconies... and the four cats that hung out at the hotel. If you don't mind renting a car and driving a long ways each day, this is the hotel for you. I would highly suggest some actual fencing to split up the balconies rather than the chainlink ones they have up. There is no privacy when hanging out outside. Parking was super easy. The price for the room was also very affordable. I will probably stay closer to the beach towns next time I come to the Amalfi Coast, but my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here!

Grand Hotel Sant’Orsala is a beautiful property overlooking the Amalfi coast. My room was beautiful and had double doors that opened onto a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There was a complimentary breakfast every morning that was wonderful. Guisseppe and the rest of the hotel staff were so kind and treated me like family. They even gave me a free dinner my first night because they knew I had an extra long flight. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone. They even host weddings in this beautiful place.

This vintage Hotel is elegant and prestigious. Huge free breakfast. Unique architecture, part of the hotel walls are the actual mountain side it's attached to. I always want to stay up all night on my balcony after I take in the marvelous view of the Amalfi coastline and watch the sunset on the ocean. It makes me feel like a millionaire. It is an incredible value. Elsewhere in the area a view like that would cost $300 to $500. per night. The staff makes you feel like family. I always stay here when I'm vacationing on the Amalfi Coast. Bill Hartner USA.

Absolutely amazing views!!! It’s evident that the family who owns the hotel is extremely proud of their hotel and maintain it. Spacious rooms, extremely clean and did I mention breathtaking views from the balcony? Staff is extremely friendly, not sure of their names, but gentleman who made us coffee brought us some treats and another gentleman parked our car and gave us a bunch of freshly picked tomatoes. Very friendly staff!! We used the hotel as our base for visiting the Amalfi Coast, a bit of a drive, but worth it. 5-Stars!!!
