Bloomfield House Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa

We have stayed in many hotels its a nice hotel but needs work in bedroom we both are non smokers and my mother with illness in wheelchair. The hotel bar resturant was good but when we entered the room the bathroom had smell like smoking in it my mother went to wash her hands and it was boked looked like black tobaco . I called reception and they sent me someone to fix it that was good smell went but the bedrooms need to be worked on specially bathroom when checking out tge reception jyst said its a family room so like if we made it up. No management are person Appoligised and explained anything thats why would not stay again have to say bar resturant staff were excellent and very helpfuul food was good too just need to sort out bedroom cleaness
