Room and ensuite good for a family overnight stay. Close to other amenities needed whilst travelling. Staff very helpful. Other guests not considerate in hallways but not fault of hotel. Car park difficult but due to construction activities.

Hotel is ok, but needs renovation. Price of breakfast for a family is rather high. Location is good, everything is accessible within 5 to 10 minutes.

Pleasant staff at the front desk. Close to highways which was good for us as we drove the Ring of Kerry. Also close to downtown which has lovely restaurants, shops and pubs. Gas station was next door so we filled up before we left. Also one across the street. Grocery store was close so we grabbed fresh baked goods, fruits, snacks and drinks for our drive. My kids ate in the restaurant and said the food was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The facility is a bit dated, but quaint. Food and drink were delicious. Gas, convenience store and laundry next door. Few minutes drive into town. Perfect for families. Spa on premises as well, but we did not use it.

East check in, great staff, nice restaurant on site. Family room was a little small for our family of four.
