Exellent facilities for kids

The room was very basic for the price. 2 lamp didn’t work & the Room could do with a face lift. Just shower gel shampoo combo & no conditioner or lotion in Bathroom. Parking was easy & the staff were very attentive. The pool & hot tub area were very busy with young families. So not a place for watery relaxation !

Just a wonderful stay, close to a lot of cool attraction for the kids. Nice rooms and good facilities.

Globally, the Park hotel provides good features and service for kids and family entertainment, the indoor playground and pool makes the difference. However, the room are not well-furnished, missing lights and accessories, old fashioned. Also, the rooms are overpriced, not even including the breakfast, 12eur extra for adults, which is also overpriced as very poor in choice and quality. A bit disappointed by the stay, even though the hotel staff was really friendly and helping.

our son has autism and is a very specific eater. staff of the kitchen and restaurant went above and beyond to get the brand he wanted. we had a fantastic stay. loads to keep kids entertained. pool, games room,playground, kids club, disco. music n the bar at night. i forgot my sons swim hat from room 1 day and life guard was so nice giving me a loan of 1 to save me going back to room. the staff are exceptional all over the hotel. i noticed also, an autism sensory box which had ear plugs and new sunglasses in it. a lovely touch. the nagitives i would say was the games in games room comps need to be updated and made easier to access and work. we had to get some1 in each time to put a game on and son was bored by the time it was powered up and than person didnt know how to do it so bit of a rig ma roll waiting for someone else to come. we were in rooms 101 and 105. a little dated compared to rest of decore in hotel. our netflix wouldnt connect in 105 but it did in 101 and our kettle didnt work in 105 but was replaced as soon as we made recp aware of it. food is a little over priced and only so so, but service was excellent and friendly. overall a very plesant and comfortable stay. would stay again and have no problem recommending hotel.

My husband and I brought out two children to the Clonakilty Park hotel for a 2 night stay from Friday to Sunday. Excellent hotel for children loads for them to do. They loved kids club and the leaders were excellent with them. I did think they could have done more renovations on the rooms. I know they are family room but they could be a bit more up to date slick of paint would go along way. I accidentally left my handbag in the lobby and one of the cleaners left it at reception. It was so lovely to see that there are still very honest people out there and I thank her for that. There was just one little disappointment and that was when I went to order a lunch for my children for kids club I waited at the desk at the conservatory restaurant as stated on the sign and there was a woman (black curly hair and glasses) completely ignored me left me standing there until I eventually asked her if it was ok if I went over to order the lunches to which she grunted yes. Other than that we had a lovely stay Thank you.
