Pool Villa Merumatta Senggigi

A lovely hotel, we stayed 7 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool villas are great for a family holiday, lots of room, everything you need, jump in the pool from your lounge terrace - fantastic! Lombok is recovering from the earthquake last year, this hotel is unaffected, beautifully maintained, wonderful lagoon pool + gardens. It was lovely sitting on the terrace looking at the pool, gardens and hills above. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts - our waitress in particular was very helpful and looked after us every morning. A highlight is the beach restaurant with evening BBQ and live music, a lovely way to end the day. Great food, sunset, sun-downers and great music.

The staff were excellent from the moment our transfer arrived at 1am. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and maintained every day of our stay with daily cleaning and evening turndown service. Breakfast was freshly made each day with service staff and chef accomodating to our gluten free needs. Afternoon snack and tea/coffee in the pool was a welcome break from the stress of lazing around the pool. The staff made the effort to learn our children's names which made a big difference to their experience. Thank you for a wonderful week in your resort.

The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.
