Holiday Resort Lombok

Nice serene hotel. Good for family. Nice stretch of beach linking other villas and sunset was great. Hotel itself above average. Convenient to go the Senggigi Centre for food and amenities. Near boat trips to Gili Islands.

This resort was incredible, the staff were just fantastic and we could not get the kids out of the pool. Dinning options were great and it had other options close by if you don't mind walking down the road a bit. My family just loved it here along with Lombok!

What a great find in Senggigi Lombok. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are friendly beyond compare. Right on the beach with a huge pool to enjoy. A pool bar with a happy hour between 16 and 1800. The bartender Budi makes a killer x dry martini and is just a very nice man. A credit to the resort. But then everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff to the groundskeepers had a smile and a pleasant "hello good morning/afternoon/evening" during our stay. Our housekeeper Salim kept our room #542 clean and fresh for us and we loved the outdoor (private) bathroom. The only downside is that the hotel is not close to shopping and other restaurants. But if you need to Bluebird Taxis are dependable, numerous, affordable and will take you anywhere you need to go. And don't miss the baby sea turtle nursery on the grounds. Kudos to the resort for helping keep the species thriving.

One hour drive from airport. Stay beach bungalow as it has amazing sunset view. Staffs very friendly. Breakfast spread acceptable. Lack of lights as the room is so dim I hardly can find stuff from my luggage. One thing I did not appreciate that this resort organized family event from corporate company just right infront of guests bungalows. There were dancing, games etc. Its just like carnival. The music from speakers are so loud all through the night disturbing hotel guests who needs to relax after came back from day activities. One of the staffs said its a regular thing this resort hosting other companies too especially during weekends.

I had a fantastic experience at the holiday resort in Lombok. The beach bungalow with a private pool exceeded expectations, offering breathtaking views that surpassed its 4-star rating. The staff, especially Syifa, were incredibly accommodating; they went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday on short notice, decorating the room and providing a complimentary cake. It's worth noting that encountering ants and lizards in most rooms seemed normal for the area. While the food met expectations for a 4-star hotel, the standout feature was the serene ambiance of the resort. Despite the wavy beach making it less suitable for kids. Leaving the holiday resort in Lombok is bittersweet; I'll undoubtedly miss the unparalleled views, exceptional service, and the overall tranquil ambiance. The thoughtfulness of the staff, especially Syifa, and the memorable birthday celebration for my daughter have left a lasting impression. I'm already looking forward to returning and reliving this extraordinary experience again and again.

Great for family visit

I liked the hotel, it was great for a small family. They have a range of pool depths and places for kids. The overall cleanliness was great around the hotel grounds, however the kids play room was old and dated and not so clean. There was also some sort of rodent in the bathroom ceiling. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh crêpes, pancakes, tempura and eggs on demand. Room decor is aging but still good. Service at the hotel by staff were friendly and helpful. However service at the Gecko restaurant at the hotel was not good.

Well appointed and good facilities. Great that there are family rooms with 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area BUT the family rooms are across the road so its a walk from those rooms to pool/beach area. Although well appointed, staff need coaching in service. Empty bottles/glasses at pool and staff present but not taking initiative to tidy up. Very well priced, especially for the facilities but could do better in service.

Excellent resort with excellent staff. The food is of a good standard with a good selection available. The gardens are well kept, they really add to the atmosphere. A great property all round. The room and the public area were beginning to show signs of wear but considering the price still exceptional value. Excellent family facilities as well, we can see ourselves going back to stay here again.

It was a beautiful hotel in a quiet, relaxed area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family - lots of space for everyone and nice areas to sit and relax, and also for the kids to run and play. The kids also loved the pool and the beach was quiet and very clean. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The buffet breakfast was a huge hit with the whole family. Kids club was pretty non-existant but that didnt worry us. The hotel is a little dated in some parts but it is very well maintained, very well run worh so many very friendly staff and it is a beautiful place. It is also a little outside Senggigi but not far in a taxi and there are couple of good warungs right on the beach and also other nearby resorts. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay. My only bit of constructive feedback is that the hotel should be looking to reduce plastic waste in the way they provide bottled water and also provide child-friendly kitchen items (cups, plates,etc) in the 2 bedroom apartments but this didnt affect our wonderful stay there and we would definitely go back again.
