Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel surprised us with decorations for our anniversary! The staff were so welcoming and checked in with me every single day on how my stay was. The housekeeping staff was so attentive when he found out that I was ill, he offered to make teh jahe for me which made me feel so much better. Great stay overall for both my kids and my elderly parents.

The service was impeccable. Special mention to Furqon at the restaurant who helped us out when our daughter was unwell. He also entertained our children very well on all our breakfast mornings. Staff there is polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is also great, close by many shopping areas. Love the size of the room and how clean it was.

It was good stay for me and for my family, but they don't have all kinds of food in the room service and the laundry is expensive.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and we were treated like royals. The room size is huge with a pool view. The bathroom was well stuffed with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful with their meticulous service, from the front desk to the doorman and the concierge. They helped to book for tour and even our train tickets. The food at Fresco Restaurant by the poolside was par excellence. We didn't have the chance to try the food at the Purnawarman Restaurant which is highly rated. Gym is well equipped. Location of the hotel is convenient. With Grab service we can get to most places easily, including the factory outlets. We will definitely stay here again!

Same as I wrote in tripadvisor, this hotel has successful created great customer experience for us. Service from all staffs: very professional & warm all day. Quality of food when breakfast and in executive lounge as well, was nice! Room, location, parking area, kids club and all facilities very good! Great job & well prepared to welcoming us and well done! Many2 thanks to all of staffs and especially for Mr. Iqbal & team, who welcoming us when check in process. Would be back definitely for next visit.

All good, towel is provided at swimming pool. Room is large. Access to hotel room is secure for hotel guest only. The process for check in check out is quick. The hotel staff is helpfull. We stayed here for three days with our 3 children, two if them is teenager.

Best hotel for families. Cannot beat 2 king bed per room ... everything else is ok.

This hotel is one of few hotels in bandung Indonesia that has a big family room with 2 double bed. The shower was strong with nice hot water.the location is very good its only 5 minutes walking to the big mall, only 10 minutes walking to train station. It is a good location.

They have room to accommodate my family of 4 but the housekeeping is not consistent when topping up the toiletries in the room.
