I spent 4 nights with my kid to visit Jogyakarta and have some relax time in this kind of hotel. The location is excellent, at walking distance to Malioboro street and short time by taxi to other city highlights. Room was big with plenty of space to store lugagge/clothes, comfortable twin beds and view to the nice pool area. Pool may need more lying beds as they get full fast. Breakfast needs improvement as there are not many options. We had dinner a couple of times in El Patio and Chinese restaurant, which has excellent food. Service is friendly and efficient. I would come back.

The service was very good, but a few things were not, ie: 1. The wi-fi service did not work on the first floor of the junior suite. That was a big problem for my husband who had to do some work remotely. 2. The bed linen and towels were white at some point, but it was a very long time ago. 3. The water pressure in the shower cabin was very low. 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were average.

This is a family hotel so be prepared for lots of screaming children everywhere. Food is adequate but avoid the hotel’s Chinese restaurant- it is indescribably bad. Staff is friendly but most do not speak English.

My hotel stay was absolutely amazing! The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to provide the best service possible. They even surprised us by upgrading our room from a junior suite to an exclusive suite. The room was stunning, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. The on-site dining options were fantastic, and the overall experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
