Hotel Borobudur Jakarta

Booked the garden wing 2 bedrooms suite at this hotel for my family members'weekend staycation. The room is big and have nice amenities but there are few things that need improvement. - The room key is so outdated and big. It is an old room key. And they were told that if it was misplaced, my family has to pay around $430 to replace it. - The TV in one of the bedroom wasn't working. We informed the hotel staff about it but they didnt offer any solution - The shower head in one of the bathroom is not working. - There is no hairdryer in the suite even though it is a standard amenity. - The pool access from the garden wing is always locked. When they went to the pool through the lobby, they were told not to.

This hotel was our honeymoon hotel and now we want our kid to experience. We still love it. The room is perfect, bathroom is clean, check-in/check-out is swift, breakfast is delicious. Recommend for a family staycation. Thank you Hotel Borobudur!
