Beautiful resort and amnesties, everything close by, the staff go above and beyond and professional. Highly recommend for solo and families.

This was a beautiful resort. I wish I had more time to enjoy the property and the beach across the street. The rooms were very nice and large. The bathroom was big and clean and the shower was amazing. We had a garden view room which was nice, it has a small patio with a lounge and a 2 chairs. Beautiful grounds and wonderful full breakfast that was included. There were 2 pools and adult pool and family pool. Both were huge, clean and enjoyable. I wish their spa (massage services) were open later than 7pm.

Wonderful hotel. Location is perfect in Ubud. The spa and staff are excellent. My family and I returned to Alaya Resort Ubud after having a great experience at the start of our two week vacation in Bali. Would happily return in the future.

This review is long overdue!!! I had the BEST experience I could have ever prayed for thanks to the friendliness and ambience of this resort! I traveled to Bali for a women's retreat and this was a huge trip to be physically solo on. By the grace Of Holy Spirit I chose the best place to stay. I felt safe when I walked into the room. My anxiety disappeared completely. The staff was beyond sweet and friendly. If I ever come back to Bali with my family we will definitely be staying at this resort. The rooms are beautiful, they are super clean and comfortable. The staff truly cares about the guests. The food from their restaurant is to die for too!

The whole experience staying at this hotel was amazing frim start to finish. Beautiful clean spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the gardens/pool area. Plenty of bottled water each day, fruits, beautiful toiletries in room. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. We had Arjawa as our guide/driver for two days - he’s amazing, very kind, knowledgeable and was like a good friend. Again nothing was too much trouble and he worked hard to ensure we were having the best time/Bali experience. Couldn’t thank him enough. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from April 9th. Also had spa treatments which were very relaxing, reasonably priced and a great experience too. Would definitely go back to this wonderful hotel and I’ve already recommended it to family. Amazing location, very close to the Sacred Monkey Forrest, lots of nearby restaurants to cater for vegetarians and vegans directly opposite the Hotel or a short walk. Staff are always helpful and breakfast is never an issue getting a table. Massages at the Spa is really good and clean, you can go out elsewhere slightly cheaper. Gym is tiny. Yoga is held on a Wednesday and Saturday at 4pm for an hour. Ubud is very family friendly, safe and the people are nice. I would stay at the Alaya Ubud if I was to visit Bali again.

In the great location of ubud. The staffs are friendly and nice. The room is clean and quiet. They limit drinking water though which you can only ask 4 bottles at once. The place isn’t stroller friendly as we travels with an infant and had to carry our strollers and car seat ourselves. The staffs helped a lot too but isn’t as convenient.
