HARRIS Hotel Kuta Tuban Bali

The staff who checked in for us was very nice and friendly. The luggage was also delivered by the security professionally. However, our rooms 318 and 319 were very noisy in the evening because it’s by the street and the window of 319 couldn’t be closed properly. There was a huge gap on the window. Swimming pool was very shallow. It might be for kids only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff who checked out for us was very cold. Maybe it’s too early. The highlight I want to mention was the free airport transportation and take away breakfast that I asked for. It’s ok but not worth the money.

I stayed at the Hotel Suite for 5 days. Most aspects of the stay were satisfactory- the staffs, the food, the cleanliness, the water gallon in the room (love this!) etc. The challenging part was the inconvenient location of the room (for the most expensive room and for staying more than 3 days). Unfortunately, the room required constant navigation up and down stairs, making it difficult for my family with 3 year old twins. This layout was not linked with other facilities , if we were using our strollers, forcing us to fold and unfold strollers every time we needed to access common areas like the restaurant , entrance door, ,posing safety concerns for my children. I can see it is much easier for small rooms guest to move around than suites .

Great little hotel, convenient to the airport. Not a place I would stay for a holiday, but excellent food, good staff and a good pool. Have only stayed in a single room so can't say about family rooms. I have been using Harris for over 10 years as a transit hotel and it is fantastic.

I am a solo woman traveler and i love this place. The food, people, atmosphere and location is great. I felt like family in Harris Hotel and Bali all together. The pool is an added feature. Walking distance to malls, food and shopping. I would definitely come back and stay here.
