The Oberoi Beach Resort, Bali - CHSE Certified

An amazing safe haven for our family stay. We had everything we needed, the pool, grounds, bars, super comfy beds and breakfast on the beach it’s all amazing. It does get better, the Staff are world class with their service, remembering our names at breakfast, leaving for a tour or by the pool…We were greeted and pampered to the highest levels every minute without it being over the top. We cannot wait to return next year.

Unsurpassed - a wonderful intimate resort. The staff were friendly and kind. The inclusions stand the Resort out from other resorts. Each day at the pool we were provided with Easter, sunscreen, hydration spray. We were given treats - fruits, gelato etc every hour from 12 until 4pm then afternoon tea and entrainment. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the views were divine. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We left feeling like we were part of a family.

Oberoi is like going home. Staff are like family. It’s a beautifully situated magical hotel - single storey right on the beach with magnificent grounds. Oberoi family paid for their staff even when Covid meant there were no tourists and no money. They get my vote.

If you're looking for rest & relaxation in Bali, this place is it - look no further, this place is amazing. It's located centrally near downtown Seminyak near the best restaurants and nightlife. As much as there is going on right outside the hotel, within the grounds of the hotel it feels like a luxurious retreat. The grounds are immaculate, food is delicious, and the pool overlooking the beach is just stunning. What really sets this place apart though is the staff & hospitality. For the duration of our stay the entire staff addressed us (and all other guests) by name. Some even remembered us from previous visits years back! The entire staff felt like family, and we were so delighted to be back post-covid. Best parts: breakfast (be sure to add this in to your stay), complimentary daily afternoon tea & cultural activities, free poolside service, nightly turn down housekeeping service, a birthday cake for our family, and all the other personal touches the staff. I highly recommend taking some time to speak with the staff as they are the best I've ever come across.

The Oberoi was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The grounds and facilities are superb, the rooms luxurious and the location is excellent - quiet and peaceful yet on the beach and easy walking distance to all of Seminyak's key attractions. However, it was the Oberoi staff that made the stay most enjoyable, from reception, spa/gym, concierge, housekeeping - even the ground keepers, were so friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to couples as there were not a lot of kids splashing around or making excessive noise.

The Oberoi hotel is amazing and one of my favourite stay so far after mutliple trips to Bali. The attention to details and the services is top notch! This would be a perfect place for families and couples to relax. The location is also very convenient. One thing I would suggest is to provide mosquito nets over bed in the bedrooms and also there are also frequent mosquito at the bar/breakfast area at night. The hotel has already done their best effort but maybe this is something that they can look into to make it even more perfect!! thank you Oberoi Bali!

My second stay, this time with an extended group of families. We loved everything about the place except for the restaurant food which was the only qualm I had on my 2019 visit as well. That’s why I did not give full marks because I had hoped that they had improved on the cooking side.
