Everyone - so friendly. Especially with kids.

The property while now a little older is really setup for family stays with a fantastic beach pool and activities daily. The rooms are large and well appointed and all of the staff very happy to deliver service beyond expectations. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week and will come back again.

The resort is in a great location in Seminyak. Walkable to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Your every need has been considered, marble finishings, designer soaps, red velvet accenting, Balinese art, the small details were delightful. The food is fantastic and we loved the room service. There is a plethora of activities, I can imagine traveling with a family would be ideal for this resort. I highly recommend.

The trans was fantastic! The staff were so friendly & wonderful with our 2 yr old daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, kids club fun & our daughter loved the beach pool & played for hours in the sand. We would definitely stay again!

lovely stay. kids room was cahotic no activities like other hotels every hour. ritz carlton and conrad far better kid rooms really needs more work as my daughter got bored...

Fairly good location in the heart of Seminyak. The hotel is quite dated though. Amenities are still in good working order The hotel is really aimed at families with young children. It’s incredibly noisy with young children at all hours of the day and night. The pool is inundated with kids. I wish I had known prior to booking. Also I booked the hotel and it was under the pro isle that no deposit was required. 5 days before I left for my trip I receive an email from the hotel demanding a deposit with 24 hours or they would cancel my room. I found that to be rather rude and with little time to arrange the transfer (they Emailed me on a weekend)

Excellent accomodation and proximity to restaurants. Located on busy street and a fair distance from beaches. Great facility for family with young children.
