Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak

The friendly and helpful staff make this hotel. Felt like we were a part of one big family. We loved our stay.

Breakfast is great. Location is good, safe and suitable for family as it is not at the rowdy part of Seminyak. The only thing I hope they could be open with me prior my trip is the additional charge of usd 50 for one extra bed for my child. if I have known earlier, I could have source for other room options. Nevertheless, they are not insistent that I have to get the additional bed. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and check in was really smooth and quick , barely took 5 mins . Room and bathroom was huge and TV in room had good selection of cable channels including 3 channels for kids . The road leading to hotel entrance is normal size for roads in Bali . The breakfast at hotel is a huge spread . The lunch at dinner menu needs maybe a bit more selection . For short stay it is okay , we stayed for 10 days found the menu boring after 4 days . The pool is quite good . You can also try out the restaurants outside the hotel if you are ready to walk around half a km . There are convenience store and ATMs also located there along with other restaurants .

Far from Main Street, not recommand for family

Stayed in a pool access room for 8 nights. Arrived early evening and our room was being used for a late checkout so they kindly placed us into a junior sweet for about 3 hours which was no trouble. The pool access room was beautiful! Had everything you needed and was beautifully furnished. Doors opened straight out onto a deck with two pool lounge chairs and a table and then the pool was right up to the deck! We hired a scooter for 7 days through the hotel at 70,000/day (about AUD$7/day) which helped us to get around as it was about 500m to the main street, and about a 5 min scooter ride to seminyak square. Hotel offers free buggy to main street anytime, and shuttle bus to seminyak, kuta and other locations at specific times throughout the day. The resort was a little out of the main hussle and bustle which we liked :) Upon checkout they check your room (they did so while we ate breakfast) and make sure u haven't left anything. They offered us a lift to the airport for 200,000 which we took knowing a taxi could be anywhere from 150,000 to 200,000. The only negative about the room I found was when you left you take your room key and it cuts power to the room (including the fridge) so no cold bintangs when we arrived home! But minor negative really. Everything else was great. The food was delicious, the buffet breakfast was hit & miss. Not too much selection for western type food but can't complain. Chef makes eggs anyway u like on demand and big selection of pastries!
