Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort - CHSE Certified

Nice hotel and the staff were superb. The breakfast was really decent quality too. The swimming pool was massive and clean. The only issue we had was with check in. We arrived at 1pm and were made to wait for 2 hours until our rooms were ready. Our children were exhausted and hysterical. Yes, they say check in is at 3pm but this is the only hotel in 20 years that has made us wait like this. The only other issue we had was with Nusa Dua. It’s really weird, fake and touristy. It doesn’t feel like a town, just a bunch of hotels built around a dismal shopping mall with terrible, generic restaurants. There are great restaurants but they're in the fancy, high-end hotels and are priced higher than Australian prices. Most mid range restaurants are garbage. Nusa Dua sucks basically. I wouldn't go back unless it was free. Go to Sanur if you want a proper Balinese town. The beach is however, beautiful. One of the nicest on the island.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Plenty of sunbeds available around a very large pool area. Extremely friendly and thoughtful staff. The receptionist, Tree, remembered my name and greeted my grandchildren after remembering my story that they were meeting me from Australia. Also, the buffet staff brought a birthday cake for my son without being prompted.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. They have great food, place is clean, their spa is super relaxing. Friendly and accommodating staff. The place is safe for kids and families.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua is fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The hotel facilities are great and very suitable for children. The staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will most definitely be back.

The kids club was great, my little one enjoyed going to this place when he is not swimming all day. Thanks to Eleina for your kind service.

It was amazing place super friendly staff and the range at breakfast was 10/10. We stayed in the double bed room that was perfect for a small family. Hotel was walking distance to the local attractions.

I must say that my family's recent short getaway from 22 - 25 December 2023 at Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua Bali went very well. We must say a big thank you ❤️ to the Front Office and Housekeeping Team for a job well done. My sister and I had a heart warming surprise when we found our room decorated for our Birthdays. Please keep up the good work Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua Bali Team.

Great property in quiet location of Bali. If you want a relaxing stay with family this is a great place to stay

Amazing hotel and ideal for families visiting Bali. Nusa Dua feels very safe and there are lots of good local restaurants a very short walk away (as well as a shopping centre), highly recommended if you have the kids tagged along. We stopped here for 5 days on the way to Oz to let the kids nail the jet lag before getting to our friends there.....we wish we had added an extra couple of days. The hotel itself has everything you need, you don't need to leave of you don't want to (but there's no fun in that). The lazy river was the highlight for the kids, the bar on the lazy river was the highlight for the parents. The staff are tremendous as you would expect, make sure you learn the local greetings to show you have made a little effort, it's appreciated. My only suggestion for anyone visiting...make sure you tip the staff in cash if they offer a good service....I'm pretty sure they don't see any tip that you sign for when putting services on your room, think the powers that be pocket that. Overall amazing and great value, highly recommended
