We stayed two nights at this hotel and were expecting a 5 star hotel as indicated via the Expedia booking site. Our first impressions were good up to checkin however our room was tired and needed an update. The room above had a chair or table that was constantly moved a lot which vibrated very loudly into ours. The buffet is extensive and being over Easter there were lots of hot cross buns and other treats on offer. The head chef went out of his way to make sure my wife and daughter’s dietary needs were taken care of. One down side was the number of young children putting their hands all over the food due to a lack of parental supervision. Other staff throughout the hotel did their best to make us feel comfortable throughout our two night stay. Overall I think the 5 star rating is over inflated and I would be pushing to give it a 4.

Nice entrance and gardens, but not a 5-star hotel from the bedroom to the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, as well as the waiting service. While we were there, the hallways were bustling with families and children running around late into the evening and congregating in a single room with around 10 people.

Hotel was far too loud and noisy. We had kids running up and die our corridor for what seemed like hours after 9pm. Parents nowhere to be seen. Room was ok but there was a dampness particularly on the bedsheets. The restaurant food was average but overpriced. Went to a fantastic restaurant right across the road where the food was a third of the price. To sum up not worth the money if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

Amazing and friendly staff! Sonu, Bhim, Sonil and Ravindra at the buffet breakfast were very hospitable and kind. We were traveling with children and they were very accommodating. I would be excited to stay at this hotel again!

This is the place to be this hotel makes you feel like you are the royal king of that city.. Food breakfast the buffet dinner it's top of the line you'll be licking your fingers. The service and the safety fantastic The place is gorgeous for any events the photography videography couple photos they have many events during the day that is included in the hotel room price. We even went horseback riding for free. Events such as astrology, magic shows for kids, they even had a trainer in the gym. They have kids section where kids can go and play. Zumba classes. Multiple pools. You can have the view of Taj mahal from the top of the hotel. Very friendly staff.

It’s not baby friendly Rooms had water logging in washroom due to bad design of wash basin There were mosquitoes in washroom and we couldn’t spray pesticides as we have a infant with us. We also saw other rooms but either they were not appealing or had bad design. There was plumbing issue too. Overall I would not suggest to visit again and especially with infant.

Well equipped gym, smart TVs, and the sound of water fountains all over the property give a very tranquil feel. I had an issue with having children running around the halls being loud, this seems to be common in Indian hotels. I did get sick from food (now on day 5) on the day I left. It had to either have been something from the breakfast buffet or “pinch of spice” restaurant across the street since those were the only places I ate. Agra is a very impoverished run down city with poor hygiene so be careful. Overall this property was much better than the nearby Radisson, which I had originally booked but abandoned because it was so noisy and actually a 2 star despite being advertised as 5 star.

The hotel is still stuck in the old world charm - old hotel /staff offering no new facilities - was there with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 and we had onlya pool and a TT table for recreation / no wifi and lifts even for 2nd floor ( we had a senior citizen with is ) - this is where ITC is getting stuck / they are not in Oberoi's league and won't want to compete with the new age hotels - ITC needs to reposition itself and it's the value it offers to it's customers / seriously
