This is a family-owned hotel run by the Jaiwana brothers, who are among the most attentive, helpful and obliging of hotel owners/managers that I have ever met. They treat their guests like family, and no request is too small. I loved my room, fantastic views of the Lake Pichola and the Old City. The staff is as friendly and helpful as the owners. I look forward to coming here again soon!

Amazing hospitality by all the staff and especially Harsh who took care of us as his own family. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay and receive the best treatment given by the staff here.
