Everything about this hotel was great! Priyank provided exceptional service at the breakfast. This hotel is a little distant from the city center and airport, but it was a memorable hotel for my family in our trip to India (and we stayed at the Taj Palace in Mumbai). My only complaint is that we did not receive any VIP Access benefit as advertised in Expedia, including perks or a room upgrade.

I loved staying in this hotel, facilities were great, my free room upgrade was fantastic, amazing breakfast and dinner buffets, value for money. Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and professional. I got sick during my last 2 days, staff were very helpful, calling the doctor, bringing medicines, checking me around all the time, it was like a family looking after you, I thank everyone involved for that. The only downside was the surroundings but I don't think there is a place in Delhi with too much difference.

Great property. Good location if you prefer a place near ND railway station, CP or old Delhi. Night desk team was very cordial. Good to spend time with family.

Property was big and there was privacy in and around the property. Security was good since no one can access your floor without a access card, staff was really helpful whenever you called they are there to serve you, breakfast has all options. Swimming pool was clean. Only issue I had with travelling. Cabs didn't come to place easily. No playing area for kids where they can spend there time
