The Westin Mumbai Garden City

Outdated hotel and very noisy, party yelling until 3-4 am, construction site near, slow busy elevators. Cut my hand in sharp edge of elevator door while trying to hold to enter. Pool is cold In shadow not heated, unusable by adults or kids.

The stay at Westin was Relaxing really felt like i was on Vacation the staff at breakfast buffet Vinayak and Nikhil looked after us very well. Breakfast buffet was Yummmmm wide variety of Indian dishes. In room dining was Great too try the Red curry prawn and Nasi Goreng Swimming pool was Fun loved the Slide on the kids side Well maintained and staff was courteous and friendly.

We were there attending a family wedding and we checked in at the Westin. We had a fabulous stay at the Westin. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. I would like to recognise a few names who made us wanting to come back again. Sean David welcomed us and made us feel at home and valued. Tejas Kadam, Jayesh and Hemant from Concierge went above and beyond to assist us ordering an Uber or Ola. We were so happy that with the service that we asked my brother and his family and my nephew and his family and they ended up staying at the hotel as well.
