Vivanta Aurangabad

Facilities and accommodations are good and well behaved staff. But somehow luxury of TAJ is missing....few room are not yet renovated and rooms are not alloted properly at the time of check in. Have to request for better room after check in as alloted room was not up to the mark. Also baby bed was not provided though i requested at the time of check in. May be due to location facilities are compromised....

My first family trip to Aurangabad in pandemic.Unfortunately all the tourist spots were closed on weekend but fortunately we landed in Vivanta.The real amazing place to stay and so the staff.I was pleasntly surprised to get the upgrade to premium room by the front desk professionals.Happy to mention about Riki , Shang , upasana and Bhavna..very warm and professional behavior made us feel very special. Food was amazing,just loved the verity and taste. Staff was very polite and supportive,would like to convey special thanks to Ankush,Chef Balaji,Diraj and Manskal. Overall great experience.kids really enjoyed.Will love to visit again.
