Very Clean, super reception & front desk staffs (especially our family receptionist Mr. Cfan Raj is helping nature with respectful manner) and all staffs are customer friendly, big rooms for family, hill view, amazing breakfast, tasty lunch, yummy dinner, beautiful swimming pool, front view was so beautiful. We like the entrance staffs are very active and giving respects, open our car doors, helping for carrying our bags. Much appreciated. We recommend this property to all of my family relatives & friends. Thanks to Radisson.

We were a group with a young kid and aged parents. We stayed in the hill view rooms, the view was good. The hotel is well maintained, food was good, taste and presentation both were really good. Rooms are well maintained, the lobby can be slightly noisy at times but the room design faded it a bit. Sad to see the staff letting the experience down had delays in check in. The room were extremely cold during the night, i had to struggle for 4 hours to get a resolution by mid night. Again we were let down by the people, the in room dining options are good, service is slow and unresponsive at times. Though one of the staff member assured us the next day that they will look into what went wrong in our stay the damage to our time was already done.

Excellent for families. We stayed with our coeliac kids and the chefs took extra precautions to ensure the food we ate was safely prepared.
