It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options… The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well. Overall a good experience.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family. Checkin process had a few hiccups that were handled well by the staff. Better communication between staff would go a long way to improve checkin service. Stay was pleasant as the property is amazing. We had a beach facing room with an open patio and the room was clclean and comfortable. Staff tries to make your stay pleasant and service is good. Shout out to Arlene and Arijit at the chulha for adding a personal touch. Breakfast Buffet is decent with a lot of variety, however is a notch below 5 star that I would expect from other comparable 5 star properties like the Oberoi group. Lunch at Chulha, the Indian restaurant on the property was good, including the lunch buffet.

A very comfortable and relaxing experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms but let down by the "unpractical" bathroom design and features. For a family with kids in the same room, the bathroom is a bit uneasy as the door doesn't have a lock and to top it, the shower area has a fully transparent glass door!!! The design team needs to be called out for such an unpractical design (I wonder how it never got mentioned in any of the reviews). The bathroom aside, the access to the beach (with rocky sands) is good, making it like a private beach. The staff and the room service were exceptional.

Great property with great ambience, amenities and closeness to soothing sea waves. The food spread in dining hall was good enough during breakfast and meals. Still there is a scope of improvement where it can compete with some bigger names in this category, like a more organised check in process didn’t had a touch of five star property, secondly kitchen staff can be trained to keep their arguments to minimal while guests are dining, last but not least a bit more politeness and proactive approach from staff managing the amenities. Some of staff looked lost and didn’t knew what they were doing. Special mention to Mona for ensuring and smooth checkout process, the hotel needs some more dedicated staff just like them. Overall we had a great stay, kids enjoyed pool and other amenities in the resort.

First time stay in this property and I must say great location, well appointed/equipped clean/spacious rooms. Dedicated staff always there to make your stay memorable with a smile. Has private access to the beach. A lot of in-house activities to keep the little ones busy.

We were a family of 5 and both parents, with a booking of a suite and adjoinng standard room. We had a amazing experince. The hospitality and service was top notch. We had a private gatheiring outside our suite and Raul from Dinning was very accomomdating to give us a small setup. We loved the open layout and quite beach.
