We had an excellent stay. Of special mention are the staff at the Food Exchange. Our son is a special needs child who eats a very limited range of foods. They made every attempt to take care of our kids.A special shout out to Avi, Shubada, Shailendra, Chef Mahendra and the rest of the team. A big thank you!

Room allocation was late, staff service not at par to expectation of Novotel. Indoor sports and kids activities are mostly paid and prices are on higher side.
