Sai Towers

We arrived for a 8 days stay with 5 family members in the group. We booked 3 rooms and was upgraded to executive rooms. We were unaware that the hotel was undergoing renovations when it was booked more than a month earlier through Expedia. Loads of dust and construction materials abound. Did not have hot water for 5 days during stay with daily power outages. However, all these were negated by the efficient front desk personnel’s namely ms barathi. She and her team ensured that all anomalies were managed with contingencies in place. All of our transportation and local visits needs were arranged flawlessly. The in house restaurants have a wide selection of dishes from local to many international choices. Very courteous and helpful restaurant staff and it was so good that we had all of our meals in the hotel as the restaurants around did not seem to offer the choices, quality and hygiene considerations.
