We loved the spacious, elegant areas downstairs, with beautiful pictures (dozens of them!) and period furniture and stylish decorations. There is tea and coffee downstairs at all times, we stayed there each night admiring the art. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Free parking was a bonus. The room (junior suite) was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom is really tiny. The hotel shows the signs of aging, and I hope it will be renovated because it is unique in its character. We enjoyed our stay there.
