Ramada by Wyndham Budapest City Center

To be honest, I decided to choose the Ramada hotel for my family's vacation because of the name and good reputation of the Ramada company • I checked in on 30 Dec 2022- 4th Jan 2023. • I will start by saying that the staff was nice and welcoming. • From the moment we arrived at the hotel I was given 2 rooms on the fourth floor which is beautiful. • But I was informed that the elevator was not working & there is no Bellboy to carry our luggage. Me & my daughter boyfriend We had to carry our luggage up 4 floors.it was hard because I am not young. • From that day throughout our five days of stay the elevator did not work properly every day at other times and for long periods of time. Exactly during the working hours of the day which made us not leave the room because it is difficult to walk up. • In addition, one day there was a general power outage in the entire hotel (luckily, we were not outside the room) • I would like to point out that these problems caused me to cancel a lot of planned activities and cause quite a big disappointment, I must point out from the Ramada network. • I would be happy to check with you to receive a full refund for the above stay, which was not enjoyable at all.
