The Luxe Manor

The hotel staff are very friendly. Service is good! The only thing we don't like is the carpet flooring in the hotel room. Beside of this, it is a very convenience location to commute to everywhere and shopping, dinning etc. We were enjoying and having good time staying there. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic staff, great location, bathroom a bit grotty. WC flushing mechanism broke on a number of occasions, staff attended to this quite quickly. Rooms were a bit small and the provided bed was definitely not suitable for two adults and a child.

Requested for 3 pax, 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was a tiny Queen size! There was no possibility to squeeze! When asked the counter, they say no king size option available (but I already stated THREE pax upon booking)!! They wanted me to top up 300plus SGD for 3 nights for an extra bed. BUT, there was no walkable space anymore if we added the bed! =(((( no good sleep for 5 nights!

What I liked best about this hotel is the proximity to the bus station (including the airport bus which means no carrying of luggages) and 5 min walk from TST station Exit B. There were lots of restaurants around, it was also near an Aeon and Wellcome supermarket, Don Quijote and 7/11. The vibes were similar to Myeongdong in Korea especially along Carnarvon Road. The beds were just double so it was a little tight for 2 kids and an adult. The rooms were not cleaned everyday. The dirt on the floor was still there. The beds were made up daily, CR cleaned everyday. The towels were also changed daily. We were allowed for early check-in which was a plus. Water pressure was good. Overall, our stay was pretty okay. Value for money.
