My family traveled as a group and bitb rooms were booked together however our rooms were very far from one another. I asked beforehand to accommodate us for nearby rooms which i did not receive. The breakfast area had too many flies during breakfast time which made it very uncomfortable and unsanitary for eating. The staff were very friendly which was very much appreciated. The ala carte menu is very limited

I wanted to take a trip to recharge, clear my mind and just relax. The best thing I did was go to this hotel especially during off season because it was as if I had the beach to myself and perhaps the entire resort to myself. The only thing I would say is that yes the hotel may need some upgrades, but it’s what gives it character and that the restaurants need more variety, but it was off season and that’s perfectly fine with me because the staff was absolutely pleasant. I can’t stress enough how hardworking, professional and heartwarming the staff was enlightening me with great conversations and teaching me of the culture, starting with Linnel, Kashanti, Riana, Jeronna, Matthew, Brendon, Servando, Aliyah and I’m sure I’m missing more of the incredible staff, but they made me feel at home as part of the family in a place I visited for the first time. I went to Radisson Grenada beach resort wanting peace and I acquired just that and the beach just added to the beauty that it was to stay there! Thank you for the great experience.

Travelling with 3 kids, Radisson is perfect. They love the pool and the relaxed feel of the resort. The food is really good although there could be a bit more Caribbean variety sometimes. It's clean, well kept greenery, family-friendly activities, and the staff really friendly, helpful and timely. Our room had a half door bath design which I thought made it a bit messy to maintain with the shower but otherwise everything else was great. Will definitely come again 🙂

The property itself is lovely. The pool with two waterfalls and evening lights was fun for the family. Operationally they need to improve the following: 1. Check out: time consuming and archaic processes. They do not have the bills printed or ready and it took 40 minutes at the counter during my turn to check out for just 1 night. Insanely long! 2. Late check out option: had they made a more reasonable late check out fee (currently $182 USD) they could alleviate the very long line during check out (1.5 hour line wait to check out).

This is a gorgeous family resort on a public beach, close to some tourist activities and with plenty to do as a guest. The property is in good but not great repair (there’s nothing major that stands out, just little things here and there). Staff is friendly and attentive.

No shampoo. No floor mats. Room cleaning not til evening some days. Food was horrible- did not eat anything we ordered from the restaurant (but there is lots nearby that is good). Beach towels usually all gone by noon. The couch for our child in our three person room was an outdoor patio couch with no bedding. Hotel staff was rude when I said I expected a bed with bedding. They reluctantly brought a roll away bed.

Highly disappointing stay. I travel to Grenada frequently and usually stay with family. This was my first time staying at a resort there and although the surrounding area is beautiful the hotel stay was beyond frustrating. My room was not ready at the time of check in and took hours to prepared. The room had roaches baby roaches at least 6 at a time and on other occasion bigger ones and when I told the front desk she expressed zero concern and called housekeeping. They barely cleaned because I went back to the room and found a water bottle and paper on the floor of the bathroom so they literally just threw out the garbage. Customer service here is the worst I’ve made several attempts to call the front desk for various things and never any response. We were out of hot water for 2-3 days and there was zero sense of urgency in the matter. The wifi worked for maybe the first day then everyday after that was another excuse. I needed new bath towels and reached out to the front desk no answer the next day they answered and said they would send someone and no one showed. Finally I went to the front desk to complain again zero concern and she came back with two towels in a plastic bag. Then as I was checking out they tried to charge me for a bill I already settled previously and once again zero apology when they figured out I was correct and already paid. I won’t say all staff but a majority of the staff was very nonchalant and as though you are an inconvenience.

Most of the staff are quite friendly. Some staff members that went above and beyond to serve others and myself are Arlene ( a sales manager that we met on the first day and made us feel like family. Natalie N, Traceyann, our breakfast hostess. Joseph our breakfast cook was just wonderful. Daniel (took our bags), Hakeem who would always remind us of the days entertainment and made sure we were have a good time. He made himself visible and available. Ariel our awesome housekeeper. Thank you all for an amazing stay. One of my biggest disappointment was the Tuesday night for manager’s cocktail/ meet & greet. There were 4 to 5 managers standing around talking & laughing amongst themselves. Never once did they pull away to speak with the guest. During that time a lovely sales manager named Arlene welcomed my family & I to the resort. We chatted for a few impactful minutes. I watch as Arlene made her way across the room and welcomed all who were present. I then walked over to the 5 mangers who were chatting amongst themselves and not the guest. I kindly introduced myself and addressed what I observed. After addressing them, they never introduced themselves to any of the guest. They literally walked away. How disgusting and shameful. Was this not the opportunity to introduce yourself to your guest as a resort manager? Can someone please address this so that it doesn’t happen again. Thank you. Arlene, thanks for that first impression and representing your company well.

This would have been a great choice but the walls are paper thin. While we were there they hosted teenagers from around the Caribbean for the regional games. We could hear conversations, music, dragging of furniture, every door slam, footsteps above our room, etc. Needless to say that from 9pm-3am there was some sort of disturbance. This mostly had to do with the walls of the hotel. When we called to complain in the middle of the night, the person who answered was very rude as if we were inconveniencing him and keeping him from sleeping. On top of that security came to knock on OUR door to let us know he had spoken to the kids upstairs (disturbing us once again). Additionally my husband developed painful waist and back from the lack of sleep as well as the sinking mattress; we wished we were home for a restful night. The food and drinks at the restaurant are not up to par (for the price); the menu is basic and the presentation looks stale. You can find a better menu, quality and drinks and not to mention price at Umbrellas down the beach. We also had a lovely dinner at 61 West. Both of these restaurants featured foods that looked colourful, tasted great and were very reasonably priced. The location of the resort is great! I loved that the beachfront was not as busy as either side of it, we enjoyed the sea grapes on the beach. If I did visit Grenada again I may try Coyaba next door or maybe Radisson again (if there is a more recent building with better sound proofing).
